1. Acceptance

By using vibefolio.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One account per person.

3. Content you submit

You retain all rights to the portfolios, images, and content you submit. By submitting, you grant Vibefolio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display the content on the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

You confirm that you have the right to publish the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Scrape, copy, or republish content from other users without their consent
  • Manipulate rankings, upvotes, or reviews
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures

5. Feedback and reviews

Feedback is a core part of the Service. You agree to give feedback that is constructive, respectful, and in good faith. Abusive, discriminatory, or low-effort feedback may be removed and your account suspended.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that feedback you receive is accurate, useful, or actionable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibefolio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
